The most important tip I can give you on San Marino  local food, and the only one that will make you elevate from being a tourist to becoming a real traveler immersed in the local culture, is “Stay away from McDonalds“. When visiting San Marino, there is awesome local food to try. Head to the local eateries too, and go where the locals go. For me, the food, wine and and even the water is part of the travel experience.

Via del Passetto 113, Fiorentino SM Ristorante Terrazza Titano. Contrada del Collegio 31, Repubblica di San Marino La Fratta. Next to the parking lot n.6, Via Salita alla Rocca, 14, Repubblica di San Marino

What to Drink in San Marino

The legal drinking/purchasing age of alcoholic beverages is 16. The local beer is very tasty. Spirits are also very commonly found, especially Limoncello, a lemon liquor. Try the locally produced wine. The coffee, like in its Italian neighbour, is superb.
